Audience: Cloud customers

If you are a user who needs to work remotely, you can access Contract Eagle easily if your organization is using our Cloud service. As long as you have an internet connection and a browser, all you will need is:

  1. Your organization's URL. This will be something like https://[organizationname].contracteagle.com - nice and easy to remember.

  2. Your username. All Contract Eagle users have an email address which acts as a username. Some users may also have an additional login ID set up. Either can be used to sign in remotely; and

  3. Your password. If you can't remember your password, there is a Forgot password link on the login screen.

If your organization uses Single Sign-On, you can sign on to Contract Eagle using your Office 365 login. When you browse to your organization's URL, you will see a button to "Sign on via Microsoft". Click this button:

  • If you aren't already signed into Office 365 you will be taken to a sign-in screen.

  • If you are already signed in, you'll log straight into Contract Eagle.

Check your details

A system administrator can check other users' usernames: go to Admin > Maintain Users. In the list of users you will see their email address and additional login ID, if used.

You can check your own email address/login ID details if you're logged into Contract Eagle. Click the password option in the top right of your screen as shown. You may change your password in this screen, but you can also use it to check your username details.

Data Export Report of your Users

The Data Export report will give you a list of all users, all active users, all users' email addresses, login IDs, etc. If you wanted to send an email to all your Contract Eagle users, you could run this report, then copy the email addresses and paste into an email. This needs to be done by a system administrator:

  1. Go to Admin menu > Maintain Users

  2.  For active users only, click the Reports button. For active and inactive users, tick the box in the search screen "Include Inactive Users", and click Search. Then click the Reports button.

  3. In the Reports screen, click the Data Export report. The report will be saved into your Downloads folder.

  4. Open the report to view usernames, email addresses, whether users are active or not, etc.
