Contract Screen: A new popup window showing all approval steps
You can now clearly see how a contract will progress through approvals - without having to remember all your approval workflow.
The Contract Summary, View, and Edit screens now display all approval steps for a contract, including past and upcoming approvals.
Approval Rule Screen: A new window popup showing sequence of approvals
Managing and reviewing approval rules is now much easier.
The Approval Rule List (Configuration -> Approval Rules) has been enhanced with a new popup screen. Click the Show Approval Flow link to view the expected sequence of approvals for a specific Business Unit, Contract Type, and Status Type.
The Approval Rule Edit screen now also displays the approval flow for the rule being viewed/edited.
This helps you to ensure that the rules are sequenced as you expect them to be.

Find Contracts with no Documents
A new search option makes it easier to identify incomplete or draft contracts.
A new filter is available on the Contract Search screen -> Advanced tab
Select:
Additional Filter: Contract Documents
Search Mode: Has no documents
This is particularly useful for audits, clean-up activities, or identifying contracts that still need documents attached.
