Contract Reports
Several standard reports are available via the Searching/Reporting option in the Contracts menu. Reports are available in either PDF or Excel format. These include:
a contract listing,
a calendar listing of upcoming events, and
data export to Excel and CSV (Comma Separated Values).
In addition to these standard reports, Contract Eagle automatically creates a report for each user defined field you create.
The Contract Maintenance Screen (if you open any contract in view or edit mode) has several reports which apply to the contract currently displayed. These include:
an Audit Report,
Contract Event History and
a Contract File Cover Sheet.
All Other screens
All other screens within Contract Eagle have a report option available to all data to be exported to Excel and to view the audit history for that screen.
