Overview
The Contract Coversheet and Event History provide a quick and structured view of key contract details and a comprehensive log of all related activity. The Coversheet displays essential contract information in a summary format, ideal for fast reference.
The Event History tracks changes, actions, and updates throughout the life of a contract - helping users monitor progress, ensure accountability, and maintain an accurate audit trail.
The Audit Report further supports compliance by offering a detailed record of all system interactions.
All reports applicable to a single contract are available from the Contract view and edit screens (menu Options - Reports).
Contract File Coversheet
Produces a neatly formatted single-page printout to be attached to the front of the physical document.
Event History
Shows the date, time of any contract milestones that have already occurred, including a history of when emails were sent out, acknowledged, or escalated.
Audit Reports
All screens used to maintain or enter data have an audit report that shows the date, time and user who made any changes.
In addition to the reports, the audit history is available in full detail within the “History” tab of the screen.
