Audience: Team leaders, team members
Overview
The Team Dashboard in Contract Eagle provides managers and administrators with a clear, real-time view of all tasks assigned across their team. It helps you monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and take action where needed - such as reassigning tasks or following up on overdue items. Whether you're overseeing contract approvals or ensuring timely task completion, the Team Dashboard makes it easy to stay in control of your team's workflow.
By the end of this article, you’ll know how to:
use the Team Dashboard,
review task activity,
manage workload distribution, and
keep your team on track.
The Dashboard is what you see when you first launch or sign into Contract Eagle. There are two tabs: My Dashboard and Team Dashboard, and you will always be taken to the one you last viewed.
Make sure you select Team Dashboard to view your team's tasks. The Team Dashboard displays Highlights on the left-hand side and a Task List under Recent items.
Highlights
The Highlights section is designed to draw your attention to more urgent items. For example, in the screenshot above, the tiles will take you to a list of Unclaimed Tasks, or Overdue Tasks.
If you click these tiles, they will display the relevant task list. From there, you can click on any individual Task to view the usual Action Buttons:
Standard Task: Claim | Reassign | Close, or
Document Task: Attach File | Complete | Reassign.
Task List
Under Recent items is a list of the team's Tasks. You can click any Task to open it and view the usual Action Buttons.
The Task List defaults to display only 10 Tasks. If there are more than 10, you will see a Load More link underneath the Task list. Click this to open the Task list in the lower-half of your screen and add the next 10 Tasks to the list. If there are more than 20 Tasks, you can see the Show More link again which you can click to load another 10 at a time.
Tip: if you have several Tasks, rather than clicking "Load More" multiple times, you can:
use the Highlights section of the Dashboard (see above) to view more urgent Tasks; or
perform a Task Search, to view all Tasks or find particular tasks.
